Gold brazing can be performed in vacuum and atmospheric furnaces. Gold brazing performed in a vacuum furnace is very efficient because it does not use flux and does not require post-braze cleaning. Brazing services using high temperature gold alloys are good for brazing many joints at once, which can be easily accomplished using our industrial furnaces. Gold alloys are resistant to oxidation and corrosion, making them perfect for use in medical, military, and aerospace specifications. Gold alloys are often used in brazing submarine pipes and aircraft parts. Gold is also appropriate when the brazed joint is also subject to annealing. Gold is very ductile already and can be easily improved by annealing.
