Brazing Services - Nadcap Accredited
Our brazing services include copper alloy brazing, furnace brazing, gold brazing, medical brazing, military brazing, nickel brazing, nickel alloy brazing, silver brazing, stainless steel brazing, and vacuum brazing. All of our brazing services are NADCAP accredited and are available for custom orders.
Brazing is superior to welding because it can be performed under lower temperatures, and is therefore less likely to distort the work piece or induce thermal stresses. The lower temperature also increases joining speed and reduces fuel gas consumption.
Our brazing services can be performed to aerospace, medical, and military specifications and can be performed on parts of all shapes and sizes. We have many other heat treating services, including annealing, diffusion bonding, and sintering. Our brazing services are often combined with annealing to strengthen the joint by controlling the joint's grain structure and alloying. We can also combine brazing services with other heat treatments in a single furnace cycle.
We can perform our brazing services in a vacuum and standard inert atmospheres. Furnace brazing generally does not require the use of flux or post-braze cleaning, so it can be performed more easily on large or complicated parts. All of our brazing services and other heat treating services are performed to the highest quality standards and we are proud to live up to our NADCAP accreditation.
