Our heat treating services include annealing, tool steel hardening, solution annealing, precipitation hardening, homogenizing, aging, brazing, diffusion bonding, and sintering. We perform our heat treating services in industrial furnaces and can use both vacuum and atmposheres. Our heat treating services can be performed to aerospace, medical, auotmotive and military specifications. All of our heat treating services are NADCAP accredited.
Annealing heat treating services are used to improve the ductility of metals and reduce stresses within the materials. Brazing heat treating services are used to join two metals, often two dissimilar metals, without distorting the piece or subjecting it to unneccessary thermal stresses.
