Leak Detection Services

Vacuum leak testing is another service offered at Vac-Met. Helium Mass Spectrometers are used for this purpose. Both portable and stationary leak testing equipment assures the integrity of our vacuum furnaces, as well as customer products.

A portable helium mass spectrometer and qualified technicians are available for on site testing at customer facilities.

Vac-Met can test & certify assemblies to withstand pressures as low as 1x10^-11 Torr.
