Vacuum Heat Treating and Vacuum Annealing

Vacuum Annealing Services - Nadcap Accredited

We offer vacuum annealing services using our industrial vacuum furnaces. Vacuum furnace annealing is performed to keep metal from exposure to oxygen which can oxidize and discolor the surface of the metal. Vacuum annealing is accomplished by heating the material under vacuum to the required temperature, then cooling at a particular rate. We can perform vacuum annealing to aerospace, medical, automotive and military specifications. Our vacuum annealing services are NADCAP accredited.

Vacuum annealing produces shiny, bright parts that do not need to be cleaned after the annealing process. Vacuum annealing produces parts that are immediately ready for further manufacturing processes.

Vacuum annealing can be used to reduce stresses in a material or produce a soft, ductile metal. We also offer many other heat treating services, including brazing, diffusion bonding, sintering, tool steel hardening, and much more. Please contact us with your particular requirements.
