Vacuum brazing offers extremely clean, superior, flux-free braze joints. These joints provide high integrity and strength. Vacuum brazing is performed by heating the part uniformly, which greatly reduces residual stresses and causes much less distortion than welding. All of our vacuum brazing services are NADCAP accredited.
Vacuum brazing is appropriate for all of the alloys we offer, including copper alloys, gold alloys, nickel alloys, and silver alloys. Vacuum brazing is also appropriate for brazing many different types of metals and produces clean, bright parts that generally do not need to be polished after brazing.
